Shipping policy.

einshtein ships worldwide:

  • Shipping is determined by total weight.

  • Enjoy free ground shipping within Canada and the USA for orders above $200

  • Expedited shipping is available and calculated at checkout.

  • International shipping is calculated at checkout.

Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Customers outside of Canada are responsible for all duty and taxes associated with the importation of merchandise. einshtein is not responsible for import duties and taxes associated with any international orders.

We want you to receive your new ordered items as quickly as possible! You will receive an email containing your tracking information once your order ships out.

Timing for Expedited Shipping within USA and Canada: 

If you place an expedited order before noon EST, you can expect your order to be shipped that same day. If your order is placed after noon EST, your order will be shipped on the following business day. Orders placed during the weekend or on a holiday will be shipped the following business day.

Timing for all Orders:

It typically takes 2-5 business* days to process your order. If you place your order during the weekend or on a holiday, we'll start processing your order on the following business day. Once processed, orders are shipped by 5pm Monday - Friday from our Canadian or international locations. Please note: International orders are subject to be flagged in customs for collection of duties and tax on imports. In this scenario, shipping time can be significantly delayed and in some cases the customer is required to retrieve their package from the customs office.

 * Please allow for slightly extended processing and shipping during busy times of the year, such as the holidays or when your order was placed as part of a site wide sale.

Sustainability:

All einshtein shipments are 100% carbon neutral. CO2 emissions generated by your order are calculated and offset by investments we make in GreenPlaces reforestation projects around the world.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

If there was an issue with your delivery, please submit a claim here.

We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier to attempt to locate your item or resolve issues with the delivered package. Unfortunately, we are not able to issue refunds or replacements for items that have been marked as delivered.
