At einshtein, we want to make sure you have the perfect product for your space. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your einshtein product within 30 calendar days from the date of the order for a full refund.

How to return a product purchased on einshtein.com

To request a return, please complete our online form. Our team will review your submission and follow up with you once the request has been processed.

You will be emailed a free return shipping label along with instructions, which you will receive within 3 business days.

Returning a product purchased from a third-party retailer (e.g. a Utility Marketplace)

einshtein can only accept returns on items purchased on einshtein.com.

If you purchased your einshtein product from a third-party retailer, it must be returned to that retailer. Please note that third-party return policies may differ from our online returns policy. Make sure that you ask the store if you have questions about their policies.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, a refund will be sent to the card- issuing bank within 10 business days. For questions about when the credit will be posted to your account, please reach out to the card-issuing bank.
